In-Vitro Fretilization (IVF) is suitable for someone who is having difficulty in getting pregnant and it is over a year of marriage. It is advisable to visit your doctor for proper investigations such as hormonal test, ultrasound scan of the womb and ovaries. A semen analysis is also done to help to identify any problem with sperm count and its motility.
IVF maybe recommended for a woman with a tubal blockage, PCO and ovulation problem, low or dysfunctional sperm, ovarian failure, endometriosis and unexplainable situations.
