Agreement governing clinical services, consultation appointments, and website usage at Kingswill Specialist Hospital Ltd.
1. Hospital Service Agreement
By registering, requesting appointments, or undergoing clinical care at Kingswill Specialist Hospital Ltd and Advanced Fertility Centre, patients agree to comply with hospital clinical guidelines and payment policies.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on consultant availability. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of outpatient consultations and specialized fertility procedure dates.
3. Medical Information Disclaimer
Information published on our website or blog is provided for general health education purposes only and does not substitute for direct clinical examination, diagnosis, or personalized treatment by a registered medical practitioner.
4. Payments & Financial Terms
Fees for clinical services, laboratory investigations, surgical procedures, and fertility treatments must be settled prior to or upon completion of service as advised by our billing department, except where pre-approved HMO coverage applies.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and health regulatory frameworks of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
